jet lag

  •       Travelling against time is more demanding than travelling with time: you'll be travelling when you arrive.
  •       Drink a lot of liquids on the plane, but avoid alcohol and carbonated drinks.
  •       When you get to Wroclaw, try to follow the new time (meals, sleep).
  •       Spend as much time in the daylight as possible during the first few days; studies suggest that this is one of the best ways to combat jet lag.
